There , are of course , rumours circulating that the motives behind the charges aren't entirely honest ie. they're in it for the money. Then again ,it's just a rumour ... but it's possible.

Does anyone have any strong opinions on this allegation ?

It certainly wouldnt surprise me. As I said before, who sends their child to the home of an accused child molester? I never would, I know that. I wouldnt take the slightest chance in letting my child be harmed like that. The parents are irresposible at best, swindlers at worst.

loved his oldschool music but these days i just dont care for the guy anymore...its just so evident he is an attention seeker even when he has to face a trial for something so serious!

As for the allegation im not sure all the information i get is either more here-say or evidently sensationalised from the media...but i do know he does have troube dealing with moving on from his childhood days in which he evidently didnt experience to an extent!

I can't say I believe one way or another concerning his guilt. I haven't seen any real evidence motivated by public or private concern that hasn't been tainted by money or other scandal.

However, I'm not going to defend his actions, his behavior or the way he has chosen to live his life. "I'm trying to find my childhood"? Please. Hundreds of thousands of children lead much worse lives. Hundreds of thousands of people have had much much more taken away from them and still became intelligent, productive members of society who don't bitch and whine about the card they were dealt. He didn't have a good father? He didn't get to "have" a childhood? There are members of this forum who grew up without one of their parents, there are probably members of this forum who have been abused. I'm expected to feel sympathetic towards him because he had a "bad" child hood, made a gazillion dollars and decided the best way to handle it was to go psycho? Spare me, there are others out there who are much more deserving of your sympathy.

I'm really not too fond of Michael Jackson, but I don't have any opinion one way or another unless I can see some concrete evidence either way. I am a firm believer in "innocent until proven guilty", so at the moment, until you can show me otherwise, I would say that he's innocent.

If I had an abusive father, a religious nut mother, and a missing childhood like Michael Jackson, I'd be as wacko as Jacko.

    Default What?

I don't care one way or another wether he is guilty or not. But somehow I am thinking he is more guilty than innocent. Not that I have any hard evidence to support my opinion. Still, the only evidence is finding a porn tape with both Michale's and the kid's fingerprints on it. Oh well.

I couldn't agree with you more. The money has obviously sent him bonkers making him believe he can relive a "lost" childhood. Like you say he could have done anything with his vast wealth and look how he's used it. Anyway he must be mental, he let Lisa Marie Pressley get away!

i don't know about jackson i've just got a feeling he hasn't got the mental capacity to abuse anyone. In that interview with sikofant martin bashir he appeared as someone very much out of touch with reality i don't think sexuality is something that occupies his mind space.
Your sig is too hilarious and witty, thus i have removed it to protect the minds of all forum goers

He was abused by his Father and what he did wasn't Psycho he just had some kids over his house as freinds - yes becuause he want's to be a child still. I understand that 'cause there are times when I feel the same way, Infact we're very similar. That's what made me a fan of his. The music came second.

I think he's guilty of being weird ... but nothing more than that.

    But, who knows for sure?

    Yeah same here.

I hope he isn't found guilty.

Virtually everything I've heard regarding the case has been rumor and media hype, so keep in mind I'm forming my opinions on very little solid information. If I'm wrong about something, point me to a reliable article or web site, and I'll revise my opinion accordingly.

~ I could buy one or two gold-diggers faking the whole scandal for money and possibly to ruin his reputation. But when he's been repeatedly accused over the years, one has to wonder if there isn't something more to it than dishonest people filing bogus lawsuits. I don't have enough info to lean one way or the other in terms of whether I think he's guilty or not, but the repeated accusations are suggestive.

~ The whole changing his skin color thing was just plain bizarre, and I consider it proof that he has issues (though not necessarily sex-related). If the jurors think about it much, he probably will be found insane. :rolleyes2

~ Never really cared about his music career, since I don't like that style of music. I can stand to listen to it, but I find no enjoyment.

~ The "reverse class action" suit against America is bull. He's using his celebrity clout to get away with that--if any of us suggested that sort of thing, we'd be laughed out of the courthouse. As others have said, you don't see normal people with his type of past trying to sue America. Get over it, Mr. Jackson, and count your blessings. All $million$ of them.

All in all--I don't know if he's guilty, but either way, he's one twisted guy. Sort of the Marilyn Manson of his genre, except Mr. Manson is better in my book. (No skin-change or possible pedophilia.) But then, I'm biased, since I'm a fan of rock.

That's hardly fair. Some people don't recover from things like that, because they're mentally ill. MJ isn't any more at fault for that than other people are. Some people have good childhoods, and still become mentally ill. Would you call them 'crybabies' too? Do you actually think you have a choice in the matter?

It really bothers me when people are so quick to judge celebrities just because they're celebrities.

South Park episode, need I say more?

Jackson is putting on a really bad show concerning himself, he moonwalks on his SUV, he pays buses to load up his fans and cheer for him at the Court House, and he's on a suicide watch. Seems pretty lame to me.

I dont mean to sound rude... but I honestly dont give a damn
