Dean opposed the war, but not the extent that was needed. He was not going to pull out the troops had he become president. Only Dennis Kucinich held a consitent opinion on matters like that. He opposed the war, and vowed to withdraw all troops immediately and put the U.N. in. He could have been one of the greatest presidents this country has ever seen. Thankfully, people realized that he was an evil commie liberal and no one would vote for him.

"Liberal" got made into a bad word in the sixties when Johnson was president, and hasn't really recovered since.
I don't think withdrawing all troops would be a prudent measure; it would probably just end up creating another Afghanistan.
well if th eUSA would pull out maybe we can just let those people kill each other and stuff like that.Then mercenaries will leave Africa to make some cash there.
That's the thing: We did exactly that in Afghanistan. After attempting, and grievously failing, to set things right there, we pulled all our troops out, and it just became a breeding ground for terrorists who hated the U.S. because we did what amounted to a hit-and-run there. That's a good part of the reason why 9/11 happened, and I can guarantee you we'd be complete idiots if we made that mistake again (although, seeing as we've made so many other mistakes again lately, it wouldn't exactly be an unprecedented event). Pulling out of Iraq completely is the worst thing we could possibly do for ourselves right now.

I didn't see it, because I don't watch television, and even if I did, I sure as hell wouldn't listen to Bush talk...or look at him for that matter.
