Yes, 18-19 looks about right, Kadaj doesnt look older then that. Loz looks older though, not sure how much older, looks about late 20's, anyone?

Pink ribbon thing - yup, Cloud'd definetly wearing one too in a clip, I'll go find a pic and post one. I think it is their way of remembering and honouring Aeris.

EDIT- Well, here is Tifa's, cannot find one of Cloud's, but go the official website and watch the 4th, trailer, theres alittle bit where Cloud's left arm, the one that is normally covered up is showing, he's touching it gently, and you can see just above his arm is the pink ribbon. He keeps it covered up. Very symbolic of his grief yes? and how he represses?
