Can you let me know the exact problems you're having with getting in? Are you using the web-based chatroom or are you using an IRC program such as mIRC? I'm sure if you're in contact with Jojo then she can help you out, if not, by all means send me a PM or make a thread in the Help Forum and someone should help you out.
