Election Booth will PM you your debate question next week some time. This could be anything...there wasn't a CC forum last year, so we have no precedent. They're almost always opinion questions, and everybody PMs their answer back to Election Booth, who posts them all in a thread.

Hey a debate, thats pretty rad. Will the questions be in relation to the forums we're repping, or just general ones?

I know that some of the questions last year were game-specific rather than debates, so if you're repping a game-forum, there is a chance that you'll have to answer a question to do with the game. Having said that, we'll just have to wait and see what the Booth throws at us this year - he might make a small change or two, who knows?
