That's what I said, but the reason no one cares that Stalin killed 20+ million people is that he didn't target (at least publically) specific groups until 1948 when he started killing off Russian Jews. Most people don't know that so they continue living thinking that Stalin and Communism were bad, but not as bad as National Socialism and Hitler.
