Its very buggy but try the following ones:
    Amazon
    E-bay
    Froogle

Thats just a start, its easy enough to find if you look

Your post implies you already have the PSX FF7? In which case, if your computer is half decent, just use an emulator like epsxe and play the PSX version on your PC. I'm sure your PC could handle it easily if it's not older than 4 years, maybe more

You wouldn't need a ROM. Pop in your FF7 CD, and select the CD-ROM option in the emulator.

You'd be best off posting this at a site dedicated to playstation emulations, there are a few out there. epsxe especially needs a lot of custom extension things- it's the only way to stay PSX compatible, run on a computer, and not cause serious software difficulties. NOTE: it's the ONLY way, not it's a GOOD way.

The error your recieving is because your video card doesn't support OpenGL it would seem. ( link )

    Default DirectX

For the most recent Direct X, go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/dir...ds/default.asp

For plugins, do a google search on "Pete's epsxe plugins" - should give some decent video/audio/cdrom plugins for epsxe
