I forgot about the Game Gear Sonic game. That one sucked, but hey, it was on Game Gear, what else would you expect?

I can remember playing two on the Game Gear. One was called Sonic Chaos and was pitifully easy, while the other was a normal sonic game that was incredibly hard. I remember playing those games on the Game Gear so long ago and draining batteries like a mofo.

I don't really like sonic anymore. I played it when it first came out on megadrive and then the other games. Since i put the rom on the school computers(yes i have the games) everyone bugs me to go on it. Is there a helpline/therapt group for people obsessed with sonic?

I think I had the second one you're referring too. It's the one where Tails gets kidnapped by Dr. Robotnik and Sonic has to save him. I remember it being extremely hard. Not fun hard, just frustrating hard.

Oh yeah, so I bought the collection and I've been playing Sonic 1 so far. It's great, but it annoys me how when you get a game over, you have to start from the very beginning. Yeah, I know you can save your game with a memory card to start off wherever you saved, but you still only have as many lives as you had when you saved, and it's very very tough to get through the later stages with only one life. Oh well, it shouldn't be as bad once I get better at it.

Fondest gaming memories I have. Fast, fun, reflex based, and just cool. Sonic 2 is still one of the best games ever for the gameplay if nothing else.
