This, my friends, is a crock. Plain and simple. I can't believe that the judge didn't out and out toss the whole thing. I mean these girls did a good deed (BTW, this was a regular activity for them...hit & run cookies) and are being punished. GREAT way to reward the teenagers trying to change the conception the world has of them....
