The only screenshots of Zack are going to be from Cloud's flashback, so there won't be many of them lying around...but I'm sure you can scrape up some. Daeya.org has two of Zack--one which I'd never seen before on any other website. They are here and here. Not the best resolution, though...for that, you're better off with the link meowwl suggested.
