How on earth did this happen? Any ideas?

My only guesses would be either you need to try reloading the page, or someone messed up a <div> tag with absolute positioning.
On a side note, the "Manage Attachments" button isn't working for me either. Something must have really messed up with regards to my Firefox browser.
I might reinstall it.
