Help On A New Game
I'm getting a new PS2 game and i was wondering what would be a good game. I am looking for something that has a really good storyline, action, and adventure. Maybe something that has some shooting in it like Metal Gear Solid or something like Final Fantasy.
Kingdom hearts, good action RPG with a brilliant story line.
its not really new but soul reaver 2 is really really good.

And my advice is KINGDOM HEARTS! No shooting but you can slice things up with a keyblade =) And it has FF elements. It's very fun. =D
I liked Shadow Hearts, but it'd be next to impossible to find it now. I'd recommend you just start with the sequel, but that gives away one of the best plot twists in the game almost by its very nature. It's similar to Final Fantasy because a lot of the people who worked on it were originally from Square.

SUPER BADASS ROGUE OMEGA SQUAD X!
There are two characters: Raven Thunderbrow (A guy with spiky hair and comes up with quotes like "I'm so cool, eskimos don't even have a word for me") and Liberty Inferno, a badass woman with purple hair. She hates all men.
Anyway, some evil organisation has taken over the fictional state of Dagananananangistan. Using stealth, they must travel all across the world to places like jungles, the arctic and deserts in order to free this state...which is next to Russia but this is not the point!
The main villain has grey hair, and speaks extremely camply. He has two main henchmen: One is really fat and incompetent and the other is a woman who dresses in tight red leather and also hates all men.
It has lots of stealth.
PS: This game is entirely fictional. BUT I BET YOU ALL BELIEVED IT!
IT'S LIKE I'M A DESIGNER FOR EA! WHOA! (If I was, I'd undoubtedly mention the purple hair as a feature on the back of the box. But the purple hair would actually turn out to be a sort of pink. That's EA for ya!)
Suikoden III or IV
Guilty Gear X-X2. Good storylines and an awesome fighter.
Suikoden III - the best RPG on the PS2.
I'd definitely recommend Shadow Hearts. If you can get Shadow Hearts or Shadow Hearts: Covenant, I'd say go for it. Another RPG would be Suikoden III and IV, really great RPG's. Not quite like Final Fantasy though, I'd say they're a lot better.
Star Ocean 3 is okay, but I'm not sure if you'll like it.

Has anyone played any of the splinter cells or Ace Combat 5?
Kingdom hearts is a good choice. And MGS 3 although this game dont fit into what you want i advise on getting GT4 as its going to be the best game ever
