If Shearer ever comes out of retirement, I'll retire him myself...with a bat and a bear trap. He WAS a great player. Now he is past it. Not good enough to oust either Rooney or Owen.

I really don't think the team has a problem working together, they can't help the instructions given to them by the manager. Also I didn't notice an abnormal amount of offsides against England in the game. The one that sticks out was Beckham latching on Gerrard's brilliant run. I thought it was a nice idea, but Van Der Sar had it covered anyway.
