    Martin Luther made his infamour quote at the Diet of Worms in 1521. He said "Here I stand, I can do no more" . After the diet of Worms, he noticed that consuming Worms meant he could eat more, and yet gain less fat and have a great figure. That Diet is now known as the Atkins Diet.
