Impossible, they didn't use MIDI music for that part. I'm not even sure if they use regular MIDI at all thorough the game. Anyway, you should never listen to MIDI files of FInal Fantasy music, they just suck.

To get the midi's your looking for selectthe console the game you want is on, Then look in alphabetical order.

The music your after is the main Final Fantasy Theme. You can download the MP3 here Open it up in Winamp/Media player or whatever you use, jump it to about 7 minutes and you'll get the bit your after.

Well, I'd say go for mp3.
1) better quality
2) who's going to be stupid enough to go and arrange the ending song for midi? Because SOMEONE will have had to do it.
3) you can rip the .str+sound off of disc 4, convert to avi and do. . .something with it. I'm not entirely sure what would follow, but I'm sure someone could think of something to separate music from movie.
