Mine is on FFI DoS, in the lifespring grotto, when you run into Gilgamesh. "I'd say you've been hitting the Oxyale a bit hard if you beleived THAT!" (When he offers to give you Excalibur)Also on VIII when Seifer tells Questis to wish luck to a bad student who needs it. Questis: "Good luck, Seifer."
Oh, and The Emperor in FFII- "You should consider what I am about to do a great honor. I shall kill you personally!" Don't know why, but I love that line.
