That's the beauty of real drafts, huh? Most mock drafts only cover 5x5, anyway, and we have to draft differently because there are many other bases to cover.

If I had the first overall pick, I'd take Vlad Guerrero with no reservations. I'd take a first baseman with my second pick, someone like Todd Helton or Mark Teixeira (if they're available), which is good value at the tail end of the second round. Then I'd probably find a starting pitcher, someone like Roy Oswalt, Jake Peavy or Roger Clemens.

Thanks to lack of schoolwork for the last part of this semester, I've decided to give baseball a shot. And this time (unlike with what I've done with basketball), I might change my roster at some point. I'm still getting used to Fantasy sports, that's why I haven't changed my basketball roster except for when O'Neal/Jackson went down.

Set it up and I will join, 4. Make sure you have more pitching slots than last time, since switching starters in and out was a pain.
