I can sing decently well, not good enough to solo, but about on tune.

I'm ok at singing, I guess. I sing in a progressive rock band, which is kind of cool, but I share that role generously, because I play drums as well, and singing + drumming = <u>very hard</u>. And there are easier styles of drumming than progressive, too.

I sound good to myself...but one time I had Goldwave running while I was
playing some music and I hit the record hotkey without realizing it. I
laughed pretty hard when I played it back a few minutes later. Meh, I wish
I could sing too.

It's alright though, my fingers can do the talking for me. I can play a wide
selection of FF songs on my piano.

And I've been stretching my hands a lot recently. They're already pretty
big but now I have a 10 key reach (C to F) easily and I can hit 11 keys
but not quickly enough for it to be very useful. ;\

Can I sing? From what I've been told, yes. Unfortunately, I've also been told I sound like a nasally Scott Stapp, which is bad. Screaming's my thing, though. I just have trouble keeping it consistent for longer than 15 minutes (I have delusions of starting a metalcore band, but apparently guitar players no longer exist). For some reason, I just can't seemto scar my vocal cords, no matter how hard I try. Can I sing and then scream and then sing and then scream-sing and keep it all sounding right? ....No.

By the way, introductions and all. I'm Mordydus, because I'm an idiot and spelled Morbydus wrong. I've been lurking in the forums for a year or two and finally decided to make an account. I also tend to be long-winded. As you can tell. Does this make any sense? Probably not. My brain doesn't work.
