It's a character sketch for a game (tabletop RPG) I'm designing. Well, one of an entire species. Science fiction. Genetic engineering of an alien dinosaur-like species. Throw in some human DNA. You get these guys. I even have a short story around here somewhere that has one of them- they're called "Sekra"- as a main character.
