    does any one know how far out international waters is? Google can't tell me

    It's measured by a nautical distance, I think it comes to something like 12 miles. It's been a while since the geography class where I learned that. I do know that there is no international water in the gulf of mexico. By treaty and whatnot, america lays claim to the stuff that belongs to most of the central american states. Hence all the naval bases.

    hhmmm, i thought it was 3 nautical miles, dunno what it is in naffy land miles. lol
