I would try to be around Level 40-50 if possible... it has been awhile since I have played the game, so.... yes the Skeletal form is quite hard on a low level. (I always run away from hard fights)

Level 25?? Gee wiz man! Yeah....definately need to level up higher. I would only say level 30 or 35...not 40 or 50....Because when you go to the moon...FuSoYa is like level 50...I don't think Rydia learns Meteo until she's level 50 or 60....What are your teams stats now at level 25?? How many HP's?
