I actually didn't notice the thread title the first few times, since I just clicked the latest post link for the whole forum

I've had three or four in the last 30 days, but it's not exactly a "per month" or "per day" thing. Sometimes you get three in a day, sometimes you don't get any for a month. I think I got name change requests far more regularly when I wasn't an admin.
