Ashlee Simpson. She's just horrible at everything, especially lip synching, which is acting in a way. Sorry if I sound mean, but it's true.
EDIT: And a male? Ummm... probably Frankie Muniz. He's pretty bad, in my opinion, since he only plays the role of what he actually is, a whiney teenager.

Keira Knightly, for Pirates of the Caribbean and King Arthur, especially since so many people swoon over how gorgeous she is, they dont realize that she cant act for beans.
Actor... hm... Quinten Tarantino, yes I probably butchered that. He's an amazing director, but UGH I hate when he's in a movie. He's bad.

John Wayne. I dunno about a girl. But John Wayne is such a horrible actor.
Tom Cruise. I never liked him as an actor, plus he can't act in my opinion.

Male: Keanu Reeves
I think Tom Cruise is a good actor, he was great in Minority Report. And I worship at the feet of Russel Crowe.
