I'm probably best with Link, so he gets my vote. Other characters I can use fairly well are Nightmare, Cervantes, Kilik, Taki, Raphael, Talim, and Mitsurugi, all of whom are good characters. Nightmare is pretty unbalanced though, especially with his best weapon.

id say taki or maxi. i can destroy anyone with taki, so ivoted for her. ( i actually find her to be the best fighter. its all about speed)

Maxi is a showoff. His moves take too much time inbetween eachother.

Maxi is a character for button bashers who dont really know what there doing. But experienced players can wipe them off the floor

My favorite is Raphael. When I control him, rare people manage to touch me.

Theres a cheat with Raphael. Keep pressing forward and triangle and hes untouchable.

I know of that, that`s plain stupid. He`s more fun when he dodges an attack and hits an opponent on the side a few times then jumps, swings up, down and kicks him on his feet, and throws him on the left. I tend to use different moves. otherwise it isn`t fair.

Raphael if used properly can be great. Some of his moves you would have to do many times just to see how cool they are

Nightmare is so unbalanced in Soul Calibur 2. He has too much speed and power. He was good in Soul Calibur but not to the point where it is just unfair like in 2.

I used to think that too, but if you look closely, you will notice that almost ALL of his horizontals stop midway, meaning you can easily dodge them. Also, he doesn't have many powerful lows - most of his attacks are highs and mids. This means he is VERY vulnerable to tech crouches.

Anyway, my fave character has got to be Talim... her auto dodges, twirls, and sidesteps are great to fake out/confuse people.

My best character is Mitsurugi so I chose him his stylew fits my abilities and I own everyone with his best weapon! HAHA! So I voted him.
