Well you should have a full stock of items (especially stuff like stun bombs and mp healing), your defense stat should nearing 4000. When I faced her I put a character on manual (in the farthest possible corner) to wait out and the other 2 beating up, timing is what this is all about, if it's too late for a bomb to work, use shielding devise, otherwise have that character ready for some resurrection.
