Very rarely, Quick Reply doesn't appear for me but that's not specific to any one forum. Probably. Oh and sometimes it takes forever to appear. But other than that, QR =

I haven't noticed a Quick Reply box... ever.
It must be that I'm currently using the 2005 template, but I switch back and forth between the two, and I didn't notice it the last time I used the classic theme either.
