crash game at cosmo canyon..
Hi! I'm Very and I come from Italy..
I'm playing FF7 on pc and I have a problem: the game crashes when they see the shooting star in the bugenhagen's observatory. I've tried all three solutions that eidos gave but they didn't work... Please can you pass the scene for me? This is the savefile

Did you try trading it in for another? Or is it the pc thats the problem?
I think the problem is the compatibility with windows xp.. I read about a lot people who have the same problem and I tried all the solutions they suggest, but they don't work..

It is on its way. Since you hadn't saved after choosing your team, I had to choose it myself. I brought Tifa and Aeris. Don't worry, you'll be able to change it before you go to the Cave of the GI (though you'll have to take Nanaki [Red XIII]). I also snatched the Elixir from the sofa in the Cosmo Canyon Inn for you.
