The photo looked a bit...weird, but if you say its real then I'll believe y'all. That's just horrible and scary and sad, actually, coz Ouch, your friend is RIGHT. They just killed someone's head.
Kinda reminds me of those conjoined twins who died during their operation in Singapore. But I'm glad this baby is doing ok.
