Red Meat Vs. White Meat.

I suppose it's White/Red meat in England and White/Dark meat in America, then...

Just to reply to my own thread: I prefer Red/Dark meat. I know it's not as healthy as white meat, but I'd rather have a hamburger or steak than disgusting chicken. I really cannot stand chicken.

Dark meat - legs and thigh of fowl
White meat - Breasts and wings of fowl. Also used to describe pork and some other things. Fish, maybe.
Red meat - Beef, lamb, game, etc.
