Like a... G? Your best bet would be to request a commission from someone who does these kinds of things professionally. Look up their site, and send in your specifications- they should be able to give you a price range, etc.
You must be obsessed if you want a SOLIDER uniform.
Buy some blue overalls, some leather belts and gauntlets, and a pair of boots. A few simple modifications, and hey presto! First Class SOLDIER material!
The sword could take a bit of work, though.
