probably by storyline bosses i'd say Diamond weapon it took me 11 tries to beat him 1st time through next time i'll remember the ribbon

the hardest boss would have to be the demon door in ancient temple it took me about a week to kill that pain in the ass on my first time playing :freak:

i beat Demon Gate in 30 mins Materia Kepper was a bigger bitch

i fought emerald with about 4-5 materia per person and he still took 9999............I give up im obviously not good enough even though ive had this game ever since it came out and done everything else oh well

Everyone prior has undoubtedly been referring to Aire Tam Storm. You'll notice that 'Aire Tam' spelled backwards is 'materia', which hints at the technique's actual effect. It does 1111 damage for each piece of materia a character has equipped. Therefore, it will deal 9999 damage to a character with nine or more pieces of materia. In your situation, the move should have caused 4444 or 5555 damage. Are you referring to something else?

was it called materia keeper? the wierd robot before getting the Junon Huge Materia? That guy was so annoying...especially when he grabbed your character (of course Cloud, your strongest) and then used Lapis Lazer....got me so mad

no i'm saying even with only 4-5 materia per person he still took 9999 with aire tam storm.... i thought he'd only take 4444 or 5555 like you said but it still took maximum damage it seems to work for everyone else apart from me

thanx for clearing that up...materia keeper wasn't that bad...have Cloud go crazy with limits, protect aeris, and I had vincent beat the crap outta him
