Well-balanced, yes...they don't suck at anything, but they're not good at anything, either. The only thing that Elvaan really lack is MP and INT, which means we've got something going for us in any job except Black Mage.

If I want to play blm, I'll make a Taru. Nothing comes even close to Taru power for blm.
