You get a party of 10 people- 5 girls and 5 boys... then you go talk to the moogle... and you can *randomnumber* amount of cakes.

It's cool i use the mithra ones my self and sell the other ones for 800gil ;p (yay for event <.<) not 2 many is buying them though <.< so im using most of them my self!! <.< ;p
