Looking for WarMech in DoS

I gave up on finding WarMech eventually. I must have spent about 15 minutes looking to no avail, and in the end I just went to Tiamat to get it over and done with.

Well in the original FFI, not DoS, the enemy encounter rate was not so random. In fact, there were a series of set encounters that changed each time you did something, and I'm forgetting what that is at the moment...

Found him. Took me about 5 minutes. Lets hear it for pure dumb luck.
