In my state (That being Florida..) it is legal for ANYONE to run for governor. Just as long as you pay for your own advertisment and have a diploma..

I'm rather bitter at Nader right now. He knows hes not going to win but He runs anyway. Sure hes presistent and that is good, BUT he got about 1% of this year's election. If Nader did not run I highly suspect that 1% would have gone to Kerry possibly saving us from Bush's reign. I'm sure the administration would pull another hanging chad to save themselves but thats beside the point.
