Hello I was wondering at what level fishing you can start to fish out of the city and catch things ^^ mines level 5 right now ^^

Yeah I'm 11 right now a bit of advice.When you fish in passhow don't use insect paste as bait or you'll catch a monster everytime.But of course thats How I got some easy EXP for my WAR.

XD ^^ all right thanks. Like when salt water and out of the city fishing should I use a rig a lot? Mines only 5 still need to fish a lot tonight hopefully get it to 7

Salt water is best to use a Carbon or a Comp rod and use a rig. You can catch multiple fishes that way for easy money.
