Default warning button?!?!?!?!

A few days ago when I got in trouble for something I posted (again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I swear they stalk you're every move and click!!!!!!!!) by Del Murder, he mentioned something about using the warning button instead of responding like I did, can anyone explain what the hell the warning button is???????
It will sure help me stay out of trouble, because I feel the need to notify people's stupidity on occasion..............please?

If you look to the top right of a post that you think might require a mod's attention, you will see a yellow lightening bolt. That is the warn button. .

Under every post there is a button that looks like this:

Click on that to warn that post. It sends an email to every staff member so they can take appropriate action.

I like how Leeza says above, and RSL says below Actually, just pick the one that appears to belong to the post, because it might be above or below depending on which forum style you're using from the dropdown menu at the very bottom of the page

I just loaded up every style (including pink, ugh) and the warn button was below the post every time.

The reason I said above was because I checked to see which style he was using before I posted. The new style has it above on the right.

EDIT: It's still above even with the old style, but I think the difference must be whether you have the av at the side or on top. I believe the lord's to be above the post.

RSL, is your av beside your post or above? The warn button is on the bottom if you're set to having your av beside the post.

It can be both actually!

The Warn button is below one post on the lower right corner, or can be seen on the upper right corner of a new post.
That's in the new style.

In the classic and fluffy pink styles, it's found under each post, right by the chocobo of each post.

Apparently, I have been declared banished.

Oh. I forgot that you could have the avatar above the post. I would never set it that way in a million years.

I posted saying the same as clout but deleted the post after because the warn button always seems to be at the bottom. :/ (Classic rules btw)

Yeah, Leeza's right, it depends on the avatar position, not the skin Though the avatar position depends upon the skin if you haven't explicitly set the avatar position in your user CP
