I mean, take a large can of beans and a chocolate bar. The chocolate bar has around 370 kcals shall we say, and weighs 70g. The can of beans contains the same amount of calories, but weighs in at around 420g (excluding can) and will fill you up for (probably) considerably longer than the bar. It's so easy to pwn the daily calorie intake limit, and if you semi-consciously go about not to, you get deemed titles such as "health freak" and "flamenco dancer" (moreso the first).
