I eat for science!
You may deem me crazy, but yes, I purposely feed myself differant amounts of calories everyday, with differant types of food, weigh/check my blood sugar/do other tests inorder to determine what side-effects occur with the intake of ceartain properties. Simply put i've made myself into a ginnie pig..
Result one: The less carbs I eat, the more energetic I feel. The goverment lies to you!
Sugar=White powder that conceivably gos directly into your bloodstream and your body "prefers" it..
Cocaine=White powder that runs through your bloodstream quickly and your body grows to like/want more of it quite fast..
Quincidence? This is how capitalism floruishes fools! They keep you on the strings of starch!
Fish and pultry have the same antioxidants as any fruit, but they tell you "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" not "gobble up a turkey jerky"..

Calcium? Think Popeye man.. Cabbage, Spinach, Broccoli, these are the real bone-builders.. PETA was onto something when they said milk wasn't as good for you as claimed, they just went about it the wrong way..
I won't even put butter/margarine on anything anymore. Everyone just assumes trans-fat equals bad because it's a fat. WRONG!! Trans-fat equals an unsaturated fat that was mutated by man-made means.. immagine a boat shaped molocule being transformed into a chair-shaped. That's about the just of "trans-fatty acids"..
Carbs do not make you fat, they are just highly addictive and you should eat them sparingly..
Fat does not make you fat, they are just more dense in calories per gram and you can quickly forget how much you are consuming..
Infact because the average human being is more of a monkey then anything. (Even as far as brains go..) i think they should re-name "fat" IE: your beer belly or his manboobs into "leptin". Both mean the same thing but this way "fat" gets asscosiated with the calorie type and "leptin" gets asscosiated with the health risk..
And to think, I use to be both an obease person AND an annerexic.. now I'm just a smurfed up health-fanatic who realizes we need to be liberated not from terrorism or some bullcrap like that but from our own evil nature..
And yes, I still like candy. I just make sure when we go to pick out a bar I always get an Atkins Advantage and rant about how they need to put'em in the school vendors. (I take GED classes now..)
