I think you mean a signature, if I'm not misunderstanding. You go to your "User CP" and hit "Edit Signautre" which is either right above or below "Edit Avatar."

Please pay close attention to the signature restrictions when you're making your signature, or it'll be removed by a moderator and you'll have to do it all over again! The signature restrictions are listed on the same page you edit your signature on.
