Although the Hymn of the Fayth is calming, it's also a tad mundane, I can think of a few that are better:

    Eternity ~Memories of Waves and Light~ - FFX-2
Disquiet - FFX-2 (if you are in the right mood, this can be quite calming)
A Wish That Spans The Ages - FFX-2
People of the North Pole - FFX
    To Zanarkand - FFX
Warping to Another Dimension - FFX (which is the Hymn of the Fayth, but the good one when Yuna dances on the water)
Someday the Dream Will End - FFX
A Sacrifice - FFVIII (which is eerie but calming)
    The Successor - FFVIII
Pandemonium The Castle Frozen in Time - FFIX (again, eerie but calming)
You Are Not Alone - FFIX

Those are just from the recent games that are fresh on my mind, there are definately others from the earlier ones.

    The sorceress' paradeX.x;

    repetitive, and sorta creepy though.

Who Are You (ff7) and You're Not Alone (ff9) are also fairly repetitive too. but in a good way, you know?

oh, it's 'meditate' not 'mediate'!!!! I'm such a dummy..

I, too, don't meditate, just go to bed and sleep. Anyway, what do you think about Fragments of Memories (FFVIII), Melodies of Life (FFIX) and Path of Repentance (FFX).

Definitely FFVII, flow of life, or
(I know it isn't quite FF but,) Kingdom Hearts, End of the World.

I don't meditate, but that doesn't matter. Thinking calmly about...things is close enough.

That said, almost anything that's been transferred to the piano. There are way too many to list.

EDIT: Oh, and Eyes on Me is from FFVIII. =D

Piano compositions are great but for me they take a backseat to orchestral arrangements. Aeris's theme sound so wonderful in varying tombres.
