Naruto.
It's a really nice blue color with some nifty bitmap filter effects applied to it. There's a grid overlay on low opacity to add to the effect, and Naruto and Sasuke are standing next to each other on the right side, over the background of some odd-looking symbol.

and an AC one with Cloud/Sephiroth
