Soemting about Battle music.

Has anyone noticed that upto FFVII all Battle1 music had a sort of "duh duh duh duh duh duh duh duh" at the start And then In FFVII and VIII they stopped that.

So Why bring the "duh duh duh duh duh duh duh duh" back for FFIX when the're just gonna get ris of it for X?

(On another note the "duh duh duh duh duh duh duh duh"s can be heard in FFVIII's final Battle - just not at the start.

Probably because FF9 was intended to have a lot of references and stuff linking back to the older FFs

Yeah, it's the same reason why they let us have four people in a party in FFIX but then went back to three people for FFX and onwards.
