Default Those columns of statues you fight before Kefka...

Is there a way to escape from that battle and walk away with the stolen Atma weapon & Ragnarok?

You can't escape, so, can you equip it mid-battle?

You can. However, it won't appear in the item list until you reach the next (final) battle (Kefka).

Useful... you could always throw them at Kefka.

What better way to say I love you than launching the two best weapons in the game at your enemy.

Wait, I thought when you steal the item, you gain possession of the item immediately. It's not like you 'win' it, you're taking it off of them.

You could also equip them. Having two Atma Weapons, the Ragnarok and the Illumina equipped on two characters with a Genji Glove is quite cool...

I tried to equip them during that battle but they weren't there. I only could equip it in the final battle. Well, maybe I just didn't find them in the inventory...

When you get a new item it should be at the bottom. OR in the first empty slot of your inventory.
