I took gymnastic classes for about 4 years before switching to dance. I used to be able to do roundoff backhandsprings, but now I'm old and my bones creak so I can't tumble about like I used to.

I remember in elementary school my sis would do them alot and I'd see a bunch of her little girly friends doing them, but when I tried I'd just fall down.
YeahI used to be more flexible and could do more stuff when I took ballet... and my cousin was teaching me how to do flips... not the handspring kind, the kind where you just jump and do a front flip and you don't use your hands. XD I landed a few of them, and he was trying to get me to do a back flip but then I ran away and I can't do them now. Was too afraid I would break my neck
With some practice I bet I could do handstands again. I can also do front flips.
