If you flush the toilet when you have an M-Bomb and it shoots crap all over the place. Then whenever you fight Shinra soldiers they are mutated into giant crap piles with guns and they do every stat effect in the game even more than the marlboro. Then, when you paradrop into Midgar you find the 'Sewage' materia and it shoots a stream of crap on all of your opponents and they die.
