If you flush the toilet when you have an M-Bomb and it shoots crap all over the place. Then whenever you fight Shinra soldiers they are mutated into giant crap piles with guns and they do every stat effect in the game even more than the marlboro. Then, when you paradrop into Midgar you find the 'Sewage' materia and it shoots a stream of crap on all of your opponents and they die.

the toilet comes to life and you have to fight it, it has 99,000,000 Hp And atatcks with over 9000 damage a hit it's speed is horrendously fast the only way to slow it down is to use the Uber Materia which stands some chance against it it's omega flush does 800 damage plus every status ailment to everyone if you beat it you get a mastered ??? Materia with properties of summon and command. took me 2 days to beat it
