Quests require you to have a certain level of fame. The higher the fame, the more quests you can do and thus the more rewards you can get. If I'm not mistaken, the higher your fame the cheaper items are in the area if you buy them from an NPC.

For San d'Oria, buy loads of millioncorn. You can either get it at the culinary guild in Windurst Waters or from a guy in whatever country has control of the Argeunau (sp?) region.

Then take it down to Selbina and trade it in to the guy by the sheep pen. You'll lose a bit of gil, but relatively little. I'd buy something like 20 stacks and bring'em down to Selbina. I'd only lose like 4k or something like that. It also gives you Bastok fame if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah, but it reduces Norg fame. Not recommended if you want to go ninja, since you'll spend ten million years farming yagudo necklaces.

What I did to get Sandoria fame was buy some bat wings and turn them in to the guy near the slums. You'll have to exit and re-enter the area every time you do it, but you'll amass fame relatively quick.

To hell with Battletoads and Double Dragon.
    THIS is the ultimate team.

i don't know bout the millioncorn but the boyhoda moss drops from gobbues in boyhoda wich is a level 60+ leveling area and most PT's don't take on gobbues before level 68 so i'll doubt you can solo them at level 30 ;P

53+ :x not 60. You can lvl in Boyada around 54-ish so i doubt Zi-tah is that high..

millicorn is availible through cooking guild in windy or the grocery in Sandy if i remember. Cabbages as well, only instead of groceries its the regional venders.

you can get boyhada moss off gobbues in rolanberry and pashow also, i think it is a myth that fame reduces your norg fame, another main reason you need to raise fame is if you wanna do gobbiebags you need really high fame, if you dont know what gobbiebags are, they are extensions on your inventory, i currently have 60 inventory slots, which is maxxed
