Satan and Santa aren't the same person. If Santa did sexually abuse elves, stastics show it's more likely to be from a mental condition. This is just a random stab, but I think I'd go with it being caused by living in the cold so long and being so generous, he forgot about his childhood (or something along those lines) and was only doing what he thought was right.
And it's wrong to treat people with mental conditions as evil. In fact, it's making you worse than them. The right thing to do is work around it. I'm sure there are plenty of psychiatrists willing to help Santa through these tough times.
However, during his rehabilitation, Christmas will be cancelled.
