Not so. If you manage to get Vincent's Strength to 255 then Hellmasker's Splattercombo can inflict 49,995 damage. Chaos' limits stop at 9,999 to all and instant death.

Aerith's best - Great Gospel. Fully revives, cures and heals party and makes them invincible.
Barret's best - Ungarmax. Max damage approx. 199,980
Cait Sith's best - Slots (3 Cait Siths). Instant victory. Very nice.
Cid's best - Highwind. Mas damage approx. 199,980
Cloud's best - Omnislash. Max damage 149,985
Red XIII's best - Stardust Ray. Max damage 59,994
Tifa's best - Final Heaven. Max damage 69,993 (cumulative)
Vincent's best - Hellmasker. Max damage 49,995
Yuffie's best - Doom of the Living. Max damage 149,985

My personal favourite - Great Gospel. If only you were given an oppurtunity to utilise it to the full effect, eg. against the weapons or Safer Sephiroth.
